Rhinos are one of few animals left on the surface of this earth that truly feel as if time forgot about them. You can almost feel their wisdom radiating from their ancient souls when they gracefully move across the open plains. This time however, their calm spirit made room for sheer power and determination in one of the wildest territorial fights I ever witnessed. An image with a symbolic value that goes far beyond their actual fight for ground. To me, it represents the continuous cycle of forward movement, of reproduction regardless of the circumstances. Of finding a way through the darkest of hours, a fight for survival of a whole species. It represents finding a light in the end of a dark tunnel, driven by the ultimate will to fight for existence. The struggle of wild life in all its forms.
